Production process:
Hot rolled seamless steel pipe main production process (△ main inspection process) :
Preparation and inspection of billet △→ heating of billet → perforation → rolling pipe → reheating of steel pipe → sizing (reducing)→ heat treatment △→ straightening of finished pipe → finishing → inspection △(non-destructive, physical and chemical inspection, table inspection)→ warehousing, etc.
