Stainless steel bars are made of stainless steel ingots through hot rolling or forging. According to different classification standards, stainless steel bars can be divided into many categories: round steel, square steel, flat steel, hexagonal steel and octagonal steel.
Stainless steel bars are typically hot-rolled and forged with a diameter (diameter, side length, thickness, or distance across flats) no greater than 250mm. We also offer custom drawings and look forward to hearing from you.
Hot rolled stainless steel bar

Cold drawn stainless steel rod
Stainless steel bars can be categorized by production process into three types: hot-rolled, forged, and cold-drawn. Hot-rolled stainless steel round bars range in size from 5.5 to 250 mm. Smaller round bars (5.5 to 25 mm) are mostly supplied in bundles and are commonly used for rebar, bolts, and various mechanical parts. Round bars larger than 25 mm are primarily used in the manufacture of mechanical parts or as seamless steel pipe billets.
Stainless steel bars are widely used in hardware and kitchenware, shipbuilding, petrochemicals, machinery, medicine, food, electricity, energy, construction and decoration, nuclear power, aerospace, and military industries. They are also used in seawater equipment, chemical, dye, papermaking, oxalic acid, fertilizer production equipment, food industry, coastal facilities, ropes, CD rods, bolts, and nuts.
