Common models of corrugated roofing sheets include: YX15-225-900: 900mm wide, suitable for large-span roofs, offering high wind pressure resistance. YX25-210-840: 840mm wide, commonly used for industrial plant walls, combining lightweight and high strength. YX56-410-820: Designed for roof angles, 820mm wide, suitable for complex roof structures.
There are more than 15 common types of corrugated roof panels. The classification is mainly based on: Coverage width: directly affects the installation efficiency, such as type 460 (effective width 460mm), type 840 (840mm), and type 900 (900mm). Thickness specifications: ranging from 0.1mm to 0.6mm. Small models (such as type 460) are mostly 0.1-0.3mm thick, medium models (such as type 840) are 0.3-0.4mm, and large models (such as type 900) can reach 0.6mm.
Galvanized corrugated steel plate is a corrugated cold-rolled plate made of galvanized steel plate. It is cut and bent into a corrugated steel plate material. It can prevent steel from rusting and corroding, while being waterproof and heat-insulating. It has the characteristics of high strength and durability. It is one of the commonly used materials in the construction industry.
The lifespan of ordinary corrugated board (such as polyester coating) is generally 8-15 years, while high-end products with PVDF coating or galvanized coating can reach 20-25 years. Composite corrugated board has a multi-layer structure design and can reach a lifespan of 25-50 years, making it suitable for extreme climate environments.
The structural layers of the color coated steel sheet from the inside to the outside are base material(cold rolled steel, galvanized steel), zinc/alzinc coating, chemical conversion coating and primer and finished coating. This kind of plate has novel surface color, strong adhesion, good corrosion resistance and decoration, and good processing performance. It also can be cut, bent, drilled, riveted, crimped and so on.

The basic color palette of pre-coated coils includes: Off-white: a common base color, often used in architecture, home appliances, and other applications. Ocean blue: also known as sky blue, commonly used in building materials such as roofing panels. Brick red: a tile red, suitable for decorative applications. Color-coated zinc coating thickness: Standard grade (Z80): Double-sided zinc coating weight ≥ 80g/m² (approximately 5.6μm), suitable for general building roofs, meeting basic corrosion protection requirements. High zinc grade (Z120): Double-sided zinc coating weight ≥ 120g/m² (approximately 8.4μm), suitable for coastal areas or high-humidity areas. Extra-thick grade (Z275): Double-sided zinc coating weight ≥ 275g/m² (approximately 19.3μm), suitable for highly corrosive environments such as chemical plants, ensuring building safety and stability.
