Cold rolled coil

Cold rolled coil is hot rolled coil as raw material, rolled at room temperature at the following recrystallization temperature, including plate and coil, which is called steel plate delivery, also known as box plate or plate. Long length, coil delivery is called steel belt, also known as coil plate. The thickness above 0.15mm is called plate, below 0.15mm is called foil.

Cold rolled coil is widely used in automotive panel manufacturing, electrical products, aviation, precision instruments, canned food and so on. Cold rolled coil can provide a large number of high precision and excellent performance of steel plate and strip. Cold rolled coil products have precise size, uniform thickness. Extremely thin strip (up to 0.001mm or less) that cannot be produced by hot rolling process can be obtained. The surface quality of cold rolled products is superior, and there is no pitting, pressing into oxide sheet and other defects that often occur in hot rolled sheet rolls.
